We compile and provide literature for you
LUL assists users with handicaps by compiling and providing literature. Please place your orders at the service desks or via e-mail to info@ub.uni-leipzig.de.
Accessible literature for the blind and visually impaired
LUL, in cooperation with the URZ, supports blind and visually impaired students and staff of the Leipzig University in researching and procuring accessible literature. Please send us requests for publications using this web form. If the required literature is not yet available in accessible form, LUL's processing service will take over and create a barrier-free accessible document as needed and in a timely manner. This service can also be used for study materials (for example lecture notes, presentations, transcripts). Loan
For borrowable items we offer an extended loan period of 60 days on demand.
Work at the library
If you want to use the collection of a branch that is not barrier-free we provide you with the literature you need at a barrier-free branch of your choice.
